Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Fitness Instructor. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group exercise classes for our clients, providing fitness instruction, and delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll be coaching real people — working professionals, athletes, and everyday clients — through structured group sessions with individual attention and accountability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction as well as Freshers and Interns
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to provide Personal Training services to clients
• Excellent knowledge of the Fitness Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Physical Education, or related field
• Additional certifications in Fitness Instruction and/or Personal Training are a plus
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals
• Based in Chennai or willing to relocate

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with corrective exercise or assessment frameworks

• Background in sports, athletics, or physical education
