About The Role

We are seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our talented development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, testing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that deliver tangible value to our customers. Working within an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with peers and senior team members to develop scalable, reliable, and secure applications. You will gain hands-on experience across the entire software development lifecycle, from beta releases to production deployment. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Software Development, you will be supported in your professional growth and encouraged to contribute ideas that enhance our products and processes. Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in software development, including co-op terms or internships
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and development tools
• Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins
• Understanding of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting techniques
• Knowledge of security, accessibility, and privacy best practices
• Ability to learn and follow established coding patterns and architectural guidelines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively within an agile team environment
• Basic understanding of dependency management and package ecosystems

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver low‑complexity projects aligned with coding, design, and security standards
• Contribute to the team’s roadmap by providing input, asking questions, and escalating risks or scope changes
• Participate actively in team activities, including code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Address minor bugs independently and collaborate on resolving complex issues
• Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders
• Utilize modern web technologies to improve developer workflows and infrastructure
• Work with repositories primarily using TypeScript and React, supporting other teams across the organization
• Assist in optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and efficient software delivery
• Engage in technical initiatives aimed at enhancing the software development lifecycle
• Manage dependencies and contribute to library adoption, upgrades, and deprecation decisions
• Gain exposure to architectural decisions and tools that underpin modern front-end development
