We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Pune. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to kickstart their career in business development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Lead Generation:** Identify and research potential clients to generate leads that could grow our customer base.
– **Client Outreach:** Contact potential clients through calls and emails to introduce our services and assess their needs.
– **Market Research:** Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and ensure our offerings remain competitive.
– **Support Sales Team:** Assist the sales team by providing them with necessary information and insights to close deals effectively.
– **Follow-Up:** Maintain communication with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
– Strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage with clients.
– Basic understanding of business development concepts and market dynamics.
