We are seeking a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience who are eager to contribute to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
– **Design and Planning**: Create and review engineering plans for construction projects, ensuring all designs comply with regulations and standards.
– **Site Supervision**: Oversee construction activities on-site to ensure work is carried out as planned, on time, and within budget.
– **Collaboration**: Work closely with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure effective communication and teamwork throughout the project lifecycle.
– **Quality Control**: Monitor materials and workmanship to ensure high-quality standards are maintained in construction processes.
– **Problem Solving**: Identify potential issues during project execution and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Civil Engineering and possess strong analytical skills. You should be familiar with design software and have a solid understanding of construction materials and methods. Effective communication skills are essential for clear discussions with team members and stakeholders. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are also important in this role.
