We are looking for a dedicated Pediatrician to provide medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in Bathinda Punjab India. This full-time position is ideal for both fresh graduates and those with up to six years of experience.
Key responsibilities include:
1. **Patient Care**: You will examine, diagnose, and treat illnesses and injuries in young patients, ensuring their overall health and wellbeing.
2. **Health Monitoring**: Regularly check the growth and development of children, offering guidance on nutrition and preventive care.
3. **Communication**: Effectively communicate with parents and guardians about health concerns, treatment plans, and preventive measures to ensure ongoing care.
4. **Collaboration**: Work closely with healthcare professionals and specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for patients needing additional support.
5. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient exams, treatments, and progress to ensure continuity of care.
To be successful in this role, you should hold a postgraduate degree in Pediatrics and have a genuine passion for child healthcare. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be interacting with children and their families regularly. Additionally, you should be empathetic, patient, and able to handle stressful situations calmly. A commitment to lifelong learning and keeping up with the latest pediatric care advancements is also important to provide the best care possible. Qualification MD/DNB in Pediatrics Package is LPM Negotiable As Per Experience .
