We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Retail Store Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. This role primarily involves assisting customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience in our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Assistance**: Greet customers warmly, guide them in finding products, and provide information about promotions and services available in the store.
2. **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and assist in organizing merchandise to maintain a neat and attractive store layout.
3. **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash or card payments, and issue receipts while ensuring a smooth checkout experience.
4. **Store Presentation**: Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, ensuring displays are appealing and products are well-stocked.
5. **Feedback Collection**: Engage with customers to gather feedback about their shopping experience and communicate any concerns to management for improvement.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and a friendly, approachable demeanor. You should be able to communicate clearly and effectively. Attention to detail is essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be a team player, willing to learn, and open to constructive feedback.
