We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Ground Staff to join our team in Mumbai. This role is essential in providing support to our airline operations and ensuring a smooth experience for passengers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Passenger Assistance:** Greet and assist passengers during check-in and boarding, addressing any queries they may have to enhance their travel experience.
– **Check-in Operations:** Manage the check-in process by verifying passenger documents and issuing boarding passes for efficient flow at the airport.
– **Baggage Handling:** Ensure the safe handling and transportation of passenger baggage, helping with loading and unloading as required.
– **Customer Service:** Provide information about flights, services, and airport procedures, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
– **Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff alike.
– **Collaboration with Teams:** Work closely with various departments, such as security and flight crew, to ensure operational efficiency and address any issues promptly.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have at least a 12th-grade education and no specific prior experience is necessary, though any customer service experience is a plus. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential. Applicants should be team players, capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to handle stressful situations with calmness are expected. Flexibility in working hours is also important to accommodate flight schedules.
