Job Description
The Team Lead will manage a team (sales / BPO / academic counselors), ensuring target achievement, quality output, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily team operations
Set targets and track individual/team performance
Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Handle escalations and ensure issue resolution
Collaborate with management for strategy execution
Maintain reports on productivity and performance

Requirements:
Graduate with 1-3 years of team handling experience
