Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Event Production Assistant. The Event Production Assistant will support the planning and execution of events, assist with logistics management, collaborate with team members and clients, and ensure smooth and successful event operations. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing communications with vendors, maintaining organizational workflows, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Event Planning and Event Management skills
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities, including written and verbal skills
• Exceptional Organization Skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency with event planning software and productivity tools is a plus
• Familiarity with the marketing or production industry is beneficial
• Prior experience in event production or coordination is highly preferred
