Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers or tenants.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation related to property transactions.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of clients to secure favourable terms.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for property listings across various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other industry professionals.
- Organise appointments, meetings, and open house events efficiently.
- Provide personalised advice tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
Experience
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to manage documentation effectively.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with clients and stakeholders confidently.
- Organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple listings, appointments, and deadlines simultaneously.
