Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dartmouth, NS. The primary responsibilities include daily tasks related to providing excellent customer service to dental professionals, maintaining relationships with existing clients, managing inventory, coordinating orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will also assist in maintaining a positive and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Relationship-Building: Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Inventory and Process Management: Experience in managing inventory, ordering processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Communication and Teamwork: Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Detail-Oriented and Organized: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software systems, order management software, and familiarity with dental industry tools is a plus.
• Education and Work Experience: Relevant education or equivalent work experience in customer service, inventory management, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the Dental Industry: Prior experience or understanding of the dental or healthcare sectors is an asset but not required.
