Alliant Health Solutions, a “Best Place to Work” and “Healthiest Employer”, seeks an Emergency/Engagement Specialist (ESRD) to support educational programs, quality improvement activities, community outreach, and disaster preparedness and response activities that encourage patient and family-centered care and engagement and to improve care for ESRD patients across all Networks. Under the direction of the Executive Director and in collaboration with other departments, the Emergency/Engagement Specialist coordinates all Alliant ESRD Network outreach through the provision of technical assistance, education, and training to ESRD professionals, patients and their family members; leads in disaster preparedness activities within the renal community; and is the primary liaison to the Patient Advisory Committee(s) (PAC) and Facility Patient Representatives (FPR).
