Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Coordinator located in Georgetown, ON. The Dispatch Coordinator will be responsible for managing transportation schedules, efficiently assigning resources, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additional duties include communicating with drivers, clients, and internal teams, providing excellent customer service, and accurately entering relevant data into the systems. The role will also require resolving scheduling conflicts and adapting plans to changing demands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dispatching and resource management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain effective interactions with teams, drivers, and clients
• Skilled in Multi-tasking and problem-solving within a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Data Entry and working with transport management systems
• Comprehensive understanding of logistics and scheduling processes
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Relevant certifications or experience in transportation dispatching are a plus
