REACH, Inc. is hiring Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to support children and/or adults with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in caregiving, human services, behavioral health, healthcare support, or disability services.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication, reliability, and compassion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Moderate computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with 5 years driving experience
- Current DMV report and auto insurance
- Must pass and maintain a background check
- CPR & First Aid certification and TB clearance required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with daily living skills (ADLs)
- Support independence, self-advocacy, and community inclusion
- Assist with appointments, employment, and recreational activities
- Build positive, respectful relationships with individuals and families
- Follow Individual Service Plans (ISP) and complete basic documentation
- Maintain a safe, supportive environment
