We’re looking for a Digital Performance Coordinator to join our team as we grow our paid media practice.
About Our Paid Media Practice
Our team combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. We work closely with clients to understand their business goals, then deliver accurate, measurable campaign performance. Paid media coordinators work with paid media strategists and the creative team to ensure campaigns are properly set up, optimized, and reported.
This role supports the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns. Success requires attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate in an agency environment.

Overview
As a Digital Performance Coordinator, you’ll execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns for DTC food and beverage brands across Meta and Google. You’ll support our media team on campaign setup, performance analysis, and client reporting. This is a hands-on execution role where you’ll learn the full scope of paid media operations while contributing directly to client success.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch paid media campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Monitor campaign pacing, budgets, targeting, creative rotations, and QA to ensure accurate delivery
- Analyze campaign performance using platform reporting tools and spreadsheets to identify optimization opportunities
- Support campaign documentation, UTM parameters, tracking setup, and monthly client reporting
- Develop and present client campaign reports that translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with paid media strategists and the creative team on campaign recommendations and performance updates
- Learn and apply best practices in tracking (GA4, UTM parameters, Meta Pixel, conversion tracking)
- Contribute to expanding paid social channels including TikTok, Pinterest, and other emerging platforms
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years paid media campaign experience, ideally agency-based
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads
- Comfort with Excel and analyzing performance data
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Genuine interest in learning how paid media works—strategy, mechanics, performance creative, and measurement
Desired:
- DTC or e-commerce campaign experience
- Exposure to GA4, UTM parameters, or conversion tracking
- Comfort with AI tools as part of your workflow
- Experience with other paid social platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat)
- Interest in food and beverage brands

Position Details:
- Title: Digital Performance Coordinator
- Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 3 days in-office at #2000 – 2 Sheppard Ave E, North York, ON M2N 5Y7)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Employment: Full-time
- Salary: $45,000-$50,000 per year based on experience and relevant skills
