Role Description
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The CFO will play a strategic role in supporting the company’s growth, managing budgets, identifying financial risks, and advising the executive team on financial decisions. The role also involves improving financial processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and managing company budgets
- Strong skills in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Deep understanding of Finance principles and practices
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating risks and opportunities
- Accuracy and attention to detail in financial documentation
- Ability to work in a remote capacity, demonstrating self-motivation and excellent time management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree or CPA is a plus
- Experience in startups or technology-focused industries is highly desirable
