Business System Specialist – Legal Applications Full Time

We are seeking an Agiloft Certified Specialist with strong expertise in Legal Applications to design, configure, optimize, and support our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and related legal technology platforms. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency in Agiloft with a solid understanding of legal processes, workflows, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities : Agiloft Administration & Development

• Configure, customize, and maintain the Agiloft platform (CLM and related modules).
• Design and implement workflows, business rules, fields, forms, templates, and automation.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data analytics within Agiloft.
• Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
• Support integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, DocuSign, SSO, APIs).

Legal Applications Support

• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Procurement teams to streamline legal operations.
• Support and enhance legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, e-signature, matter management, document management systems).
• Translate legal business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure proper governance, version control, and documentation of legal processes.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Process Improvement & Documentation

• Document configurations, SOPs, workflows, and system changes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Provide training and user support to Legal and business stakeholders.
• Ensure best practices for data integrity, security, and system controls.

Required Qualifications

• Agiloft Certification (Administrator and/or Implementation Specialist preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Agiloft CLM.
• Experience working with Legal departments and understanding legal workflows (contract lifecycle, approvals, compliance, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, APIs, integrations, and system configuration.
• Experience with enterprise systems integration (ERP, SSO, e-signature tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional legal tech platforms (e.g., Agiloft (MUST HAVE) , Ironclad, DocuSign, Conga, iManage, etc nice to have ) 
• Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or scripting within Agiloft environment.
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards.
