Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Lead flawless banquets by executing event orders and coordinating with vendors and departments to bring events to life.
• Support the team by setting up spaces, supervising staff, and ensuring service standards are met from start to finish.
• Keep things sparkling-monitor cleanliness, reset rooms, and keep supplies stocked and presentation-ready.
• Provide hands-on training, coaching, and leadership for banquet staff to ensure top-tier service and guest satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot AV setups and step in where needed to ensure a smooth experience for guests and team alike.

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ months of banquet experience and prior leadership exposure-it helps you lead with confidence and know what great service looks like.
• Food safety and alcohol service certifications (or willing to get them within 90 days)-so our guests stay happy and safe.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and staying on your feet-we’re on the move during events!
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office-and bonus points if you’ve worked with Delphi for event management.
