About the Role
MWD Creative Agency is seeking an Associate Creative Director to lead the creative direction behind
our most impactful brand experiences, from concept to execution.
You will shape the strategic and creative foundation of experiential campaigns, guiding multidisciplinary
Teams to deliver work that is culturally relevant, globally resonant, and visually exceptional.
You will partner closely with leadership and clients to develop innovative ideas and strategic concepts
for leading beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the development of creative concepts for large-scale experiential campaigns, brand activations, and content-driven moments
- Define and articulate the overarching creative vision, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution
- Guide and mentor Art Directors, Designers, and 3D teams, elevating the quality of work across projects
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions
- Oversee the development of pitch decks, presentations, and creative proposals, playing a key role in new business
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all creative outputs, from initial concept through final production and installation
- Bring a strong understanding of global culture, trends, and audience behaviour to inform creative direction
- Push boundaries and challenge teams to deliver work that stands out within the experiential and creative industry
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience in a creative agency or in-house environment across experiential, branding, or integrated campaigns
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, creative leadership, and world-building across multiple touchpoints
- Proven ability to lead creative direction on complex, multi-layered projects
- Strong presentation skills and confidence engaging with clients and senior stakeholders
- A refined design sensibility and strong creative point of view
- Experience mentoring or leading creative teams
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Deep understanding of culture, fashion, design, and global creative trends
