We are looking for a motivated Air Cargo Executive to join our team in Patna, India. This role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience and requires at least a 10th pass education. The job is a full-time position that requires working from the office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Cargo Booking**: Assist customers with booking air cargo by providing them with accurate information about rates, schedules, and cargo requirements, ensuring a smooth booking process.
2. **Documentation**: Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for air cargo shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations and accuracy to avoid delays.
3. **Coordination**: Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers to facilitate the timely movement of cargo, maintaining clear communication throughout the shipping process.
4. **Tracking Shipments**: Monitor the status of cargo shipments, updating customers on their progress and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.
5. **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and complaints, striving to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail is crucial for handling documentation and ensuring compliance. Basic knowledge of air cargo operations is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
