We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience and a graduate degree. This full-time position requires someone who is comfortable working in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction. Regular communication is essential to address any issues and foster long-term partnerships.
2. **Project Coordination**: Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and meet client expectations. This includes coordinating with various teams and managing timelines effectively.
3. **Sales Support**: Assist in identifying new business opportunities by analyzing client needs. Provide insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and enhance client engagement.
4. **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and status updates to clients and management. This helps track progress and identify areas for improvement.
5. **Problem Solving**: Address any challenges or concerns that may arise, finding solutions that satisfy both the client and the company.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are also essential. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, combined with a willingness to learn and adapt, will contribute to success in this role. Candidates should also be proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
