Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to oversee and manage our maintenance operations in Chakan, Pune. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience and a degree in engineering or a related field.
As the Maintenance Head, your key responsibilities will include:
– **Team Leadership:** You will lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring all staff are well-trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and effectively.
– **Maintenance Planning:** You will develop preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance of all equipment and facilities.
– **Budget Management:** You will manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-effective solutions to maximize operational efficiency.
– **Compliance and Safety:** You will ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees.
– **Problem Solving:** You will diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment failures or operational inefficiencies, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
The successful candidate should possess strong leadership skills and effective communication abilities to coordinate with various teams. You should have a solid technical background and experience in troubleshooting and repairs. A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and a commitment to safety standards are essential. You will be expected to contribute to strategic planning and support the organization
