**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Assisting with Recruitment:** Help in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media, and take part in scheduling interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
– **Updating Employee Records:** Maintain and update employee information in the HR database to ensure all records are current and accurate.
– **Supporting Onboarding:** Assist in preparing materials for new employees and help coordinate their orientation to familiarize them with company policies and procedures.
– **Conducting Surveys:** Participate in creating and distributing employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and help improve workplace culture.
– **Providing Administrative Support:** Help with general administrative tasks, such as drafting emails and preparing reports, to support the HR team’s operations.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
