Role Overview

We are seeking a Director of Event Management to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of our executive forums. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, closed-door experiences while aligning operations with business growth and partnership objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of executive events

• Manage logistics, vendors, timelines, and on-site delivery

• Own budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control

• Build and manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders

• Support sales efforts to drive sponsor participation and event growth

• Establish and refine event management standards and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in event planning and execution

• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver within targets

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Commercial mindset with ability to support partnerships and sales

• Leadership capability to coordinate cross-functional teams

• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

• Comfortable using event tech and virtual platforms

Additional Details

• Part-time, remote role

• Must be able to travel to the United States without restrictions

• Canada-based candidates preferred

• Formal education is a plus, but practical experience matters more
