Responsibilities include strategic sourcing, partnering with hiring managers to define requirements, negotiating offers, and improving hiring processes. This role requires 6-10+ years of experience and deep expertise in US talent markets.

Key Qualifications Experience: 6-10+ years in full-cycle recruitment, specifically within the US market, often with a focus on technical or specialized roles.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical abilities (KPI tracking).Knowledge: Deep understanding of US hiring trends and employment laws.
Salary – 70,000 to 75,000 Per Month
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Strategic Partnerships: Act as a strategic talent advisor to senior leaders, providing market intelligence, compensation guidance, and workforce planning.
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing approaches to attract top-tier candidates, including utilizing LinkedIn Talent Insights and niche platforms.
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency by leveraging ATS data (., Workday) and refining interview frameworks.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the process.
