– Responsible for Talent Acquisition (Bulk hiring / mass recruitment)
– Managing end to end employee life cycle
– Partnering with business Heads to identify the current and future needs
– To ensure continuous flow of competent talent in the zone
– Ensuring robust utilisation of multiple sourcing channels and reviewing its effectiveness periodically
– Meet the headcount plan in sync with Business requirements for the zone
– Evaluate sourcing mix and adopt appropriate strategy for the Zone
– Reviewing and providing periodic feedback to the team and driving them towards consistent delivery
– Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders by rigorously creating and sharing the recruitment updates and dashboards every week with Business stakeholders.
