– **Building Relationships:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions, which is key to long-term customer satisfaction.
– **Negotiating Sales:** Handle pricing discussions and negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements while achieving sales targets.
– **Updating Sales Records:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions and transactions are documented for future reference.
– **Reporting and Feedback:** Provide regular sales reports to management and share customer feedback, which is essential for refining strategies and improving products or services.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience, showcasing their ability to close deals and meet sales targets. A degree in , , , or is necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients. Candidates must be self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
