Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Student Counselor role based in Patna. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students in navigating academic and career decisions. Key responsibilities include offering personalized counseling, aiding in career planning, addressing student concerns, and ensuring a positive educational experience. Regular interaction with students and parents will be part of the role to foster effective communication and engagement.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students effectively in academic and career-related decisions.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport with students and parents and address queries and concerns.
• Knowledge and experience in the Education field to provide relevant and actionable insight to students.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Educational background in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in counseling roles.

The Role: Admission Counselor

• This is a revenue-driving, impact-generating role. You will be directly responsible for helping students choose the right career path and converting qualified leads into enrollments.
• You will work closely with the founders and growth team to build a scalable admission system.

Please Note: This is not a role of a tele caller, or 9-5 job. This role requires you to grow revenue by collaborating with colleges and universities across Bihar.

Career Counseling

• Guide college students and job seekers about career opportunities in tech and digital fields.
• Understand student goals, background, and challenges.
• Recommend suitable programs based on their aspirations.

Lead Management & Conversion

• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and digital leads.
• Maintain structured follow-up systems.
• Convert inquiries into paid enrollments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Parent Interaction

• Build trust with parents.
• Clearly explain career outcomes, curriculum structure, and long-term value .
• Address concerns about fees and job opportunities.

Reporting & CRM Handling

• Maintain inquiry database.
• Track conversion rates.
• Submit weekly performance updates.
• Contribute to improving sales scripts and processes.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–3 years experience in education, edtech, or sales preferred
• Freshers with exceptional communication skills may apply

Compensation

• Fixed salary 12K – 30K (Per Month) + Sales Incentives
