A fast-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand serving a highly engaged audience. We focus on strong branding, data-driven marketing, and exceptional customer experience via Shopify and are scaling through TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Strategist & Team Lead to oversee creative, CRM, and lifecycle marketing efforts. This hybrid strategic and hands-on role involves guiding marketing direction, managing campaigns, and driving growth across the full customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership:

• Lead overall marketing strategy
• Align team and campaign execution
• Plan campaigns and structured testing
• Translate performance data into actionable insights

CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:

• Manage Klaviyo campaigns and flows
• Optimize lifecycle communications (welcome, abandoned cart, retention)
• Build segmentation and targeting strategies
• Improve email/SMS performance

Creative Direction:

• Guide creative assets based on performance
• Support messaging and campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency

Data & Optimization:

• Track performance across all channels
• Identify funnel improvements
• Collaborate on campaign optimization

Tools & Platforms:

Klaviyo | Shopify | Claude / Open Claw Dashboard | Analytics Dashboards | Notion & Slack | Gorgias | Canva / Adobe Suite | AI Marketing Tools | Webflow

Requirements:

• 3+ years in marketing strategy, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong Klaviyo experience (flows, campaigns, segmentation)
• Full-funnel marketing expertise
• Team leadership or coordination experience
• E-commerce marketing knowledge
• Hands-on execution with strategic oversight
• Experience in regulated, restricted or policy-sensitive environment/space
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills:

• Copywriting skills (email, ads, messaging)
• CRO and paid media familiarity
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and automation
