Wedgewood Weddings is seeking an experienced hospitality leader for their General Manager in Training (GMIT) program. This program is designed for established leaders to master the Wedgewood venue management model over 6-12 months. Participants will gain hands-on experience in sales, event execution, culinary operations, and financial management, with support from experienced General Managers and centralized teams. The role involves training at a top-performing venue to gain a full understanding of the business model before leading their own property. Key responsibilities include overseeing venue departments, recruiting and developing teams, driving financial success through management of revenue, labor, and costs, executing high-volume events, championing company culture, and adapting to a dynamic schedule.
