Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to keep the revenue engine running. The role spans process, tooling, analytics, and enablement — making sure the sales team has what it needs to hit number, and leadership has the visibility to manage performance.
Key Responsibilities
– Own sales process design, CRM hygiene, and pipeline reporting
– Build dashboards and analytics for sales leadership and frontline reps
– Run quarterly planning, territory design, and quota setting
– Manage the sales tech stack and key integrations
– Partner with finance on commission calculations and forecasting
– Lead enablement initiatives in partnership with sales leaders
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 4+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or strategy at a SaaS company
– Strong Salesforce administration skills
– Hands-on with sales tools (Outreach, Gong, Clari, LeanData)
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency with SQL or Excel modeling
– Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
– Bias for clean process, accurate data, and shipping improvements
