Key Responsibilities:
– **Customer Outreach:** You will be responsible for making calls to potential and existing customers to explain our services and generate interest.
– **Lead Generation:** Engage with customers to identify their needs and collect information that can help in converting leads into sales.
– **Follow-Up Calls:** Maintain regular communication with leads and clients to nurture relationships and provide support.
– **Record Keeping:** Accurately document call details, customer interactions, and updates in our database for effective follow-up.
– **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to improve our services and report any issues or suggestions to the management.
Required Skills and Expectations:
We are looking for female candidates with a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential. The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, and capable of building rapport with customers over the phone. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are important, as well as the ability to work in a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
