Role Overview
We are hiring a Data Entry Specialist to capture, validate, and maintain high-quality data across our systems. The role combines speed, accuracy, and a sharp eye for inconsistencies that others might miss.
Key Responsibilities
– Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and CRM platforms with high accuracy
– Validate and clean existing records to remove duplicates and correct inconsistencies
– Cross-reference data from multiple sources to ensure completeness
– Generate routine reports and pull lists as requested by stakeholders
– Flag anomalies and quality issues to the operations lead
– Meet daily throughput and accuracy targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
– Strong typing speed (50+ WPM) with high accuracy
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
– Attention to detail and ability to spot errors others miss
– Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
– Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks for extended periods
– Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
