Role Description

We are hiring a full-time remote Vice President of Sales Strategy to lead and execute high-level sales strategies across Solid Technologies. The role includes designing and implementing sales plans, overseeing sales operations, managing client accounts, and driving new business development. The Vice President will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, build effective sales processes, and mentor the sales team to achieve corporate goals and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to lead teams and achieve revenue targets through strategic initiatives.
• Strong background in Sales Operations and Account Management, ensuring seamless client relationships and operational efficiency.
• Experience in Business Development to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, building client pipelines, and expanding market presence.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop sales teams.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a history of implementing successful sales strategies.
• Experience in the technology industry, specifically in software development or fintech sectors, is preferred.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
