Role Overview
We are hiring a Strategic Adviser to support senior leadership on the highest-priority strategic questions. The role combines executive judgment with hands-on analysis — moving fluidly between framing problems and getting work done.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead strategic projects assigned by senior leadership
– Build analyses and recommendations for board, investor, and executive audiences
– Run discovery and structured problem solving on ambiguous issues
– Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that cut across the company
– Prepare leadership communications, decks, and memos
– Advise on competitive positioning, market entry, and major strategic moves
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, or operating leadership roles
– Track record of structuring and delivering complex strategic projects
– Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive presence
– Strong analytical skills and comfort with ambiguity
– Experience working directly with C-suite leaders
– MBA or advanced degree preferred
