Role Description

Morgan Construction and Environmental Ltd. is seeking a full-time AI and Data Analyst to join our team on-site in Edmonton, AB. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to guide project decisions. The AI and Data Analyst will work closely with project teams to develop data models, create reports, and identify trends to improve operational efficiency and project outcomes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align data-driven insights with business goals will be central to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Data Analytics, Statistics, and Data Modeling
• Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to identify actionable insights from data
• Effective Communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven experience with AI tools and advanced data analysis techniques is an asset
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Python, SQL, or equivalent data analysis software
• Ability to work collaboratively in on-site team environments
• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
