Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Computer Technician to join our on-site team in Toronto, ON. The role involves providing technical support to resolve hardware and software issues, performing routine computer maintenance and repairs, troubleshooting problems to ensure minimal downtime, and ensuring the proper functioning of operating systems. The Computer Technician will be an integral part of the team and assist in maintaining a reliable IT infrastructure for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Computer Repair and Maintenance
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
• Experience with Operating Systems, including installation and updates
• Background in providing Technical Support for hardware and software issues
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Post-secondary education or certifications in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware setup is an asset
