The People & Culture Business Partner will collaborate closely with the Manager, People & Culture to design, lead, and implement key initiatives that strengthen our people strategy and build scalable HR processes, programs and policies. This role acts as a trusted advisor to all employees.
With a strong focus on operational excellence the People & Culture Business Partner will contribute across all facets of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, global mobility, well-being and culture development.

Our competitive compensation package has been designed to reward our employees’ skills, competencies and performance that align with our culture. The compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications. DRA offers a hybrid work policy, excellent health and dental benefits including an HSA, RRSP matching, employee recognition programs, and plenty of opportunities to build genuine relationships.
