Supply Chain Analyst Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to optimize supply chain operations and support data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will analyze data across procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management strategies
• Support demand forecasting and supply planning processes
• Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to streamline operations
• Conduct cost analysis and identify savings opportunities
• Assist in implementing supply chain optimization initiatives
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain supply chain systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, modeling)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of demand planning and inventory optimization techniques
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools
• Understanding of logistics and distribution networks
• Familiarity with supply chain best practices and KPIs
