Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Vice President of Finance. The role involves overseeing financial planning processes, managing financial reporting, evaluating performance metrics, and preparing financial statements. The VP of Finance will collaborate closely with leadership to drive business strategies through sound financial management, optimize resource allocation, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, this role will involve providing analytical insights to guide decision-making and drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and a deep understanding of Finance principles
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
• Experience in managing Financial Reporting for compliance and performance purposes
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications are preferred
• Proven experience in strategic financial management at a senior leadership level
