Finance Director Full Time

Tiger Analytics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Director to lead our finance department and contribute to the financial health and growth of the company. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensure effective financial management practices are implemented across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team in preparing accurate financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management to align financial objectives with business strategies
• Monitor financial risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to drive growth
• Establish and enforce robust financial controls and procedures
• Support fundraising efforts and manage relationships with investors and financial institutions as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of financial management, reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence at senior organizational levels
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced and data-driven environment is preferred
