Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager based in Calgary, AB. The Construction Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating resources, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring project progress. The Construction Manager will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address project needs and challenges effectively.

• Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control to ensure financial and operational project efficiency
• In-depth understanding of Construction practices and techniques
• Knowledge and application of Construction Safety standards and regulations
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in managing large-scale construction projects is advantageous
