Oyster Farm Labourer (3-Month Temporary Contract)

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as an Oyster Farm Labourer on a 3-month fixed-term contract (sickness cover), with potential to extend.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, outdoor role supporting the day-to-day running of our oyster farm. Duties include:

• Planting, maintaining, grading, and harvesting oysters
• General farm and grounds maintenance
• Assisting with fish preparation (scaling & filleting)
• Operating farm equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining records and following health & safety procedures

This role is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Hours

• Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

About You

• Hardworking, reliable, and motivated
• Comfortable with manual labour and outdoor work
• Team player
• Experience preferred but not essential
