In this front-line role, you’ll greet visitors, manage phones and scheduling, support day-to-day office operations, and help keep client documentation organized and accurate. This is Part-Time position working 20 hours a week in-office located in Endicott, NY. - High School Diploma
- 2 Years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients; maintain a welcoming reception area
- Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls professionally
- Schedule meetings and support office calendars as needed
- Process, scan, and organize documents; assist with maintaining client files
- Respond to and resolve routine administrative questions
- Order and stock office supplies
- Support office policies and administrative processes to meet business objectives
- Perform other duties as assigned
