As a travel RN specializing in the Operating Room, you’ll be part of a dynamic surgical team tackling a diverse caseload, including trauma, transplants, robotics, vascular, and pediatric surgeries. The challenging environment exposes you to cutting-edge technology, top-tier leaders, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Schedule & Hours

• Rotating shifts available: 0645-1515, 1445-1915, 2245-0715
• Combination of 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
• Every 4th weekend rotation; holiday shifts required
• 6-week rotational schedules provided in advance
• On-call with 30-minute response time (sleeping room available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Active RN license with BLS (required)
• 2-3 years of recent acute Operating Room experience
• Scrubbing and circulating skills (required)
• Trauma experience (Level I or II strongly preferred)
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Flexibility to work adult and pediatric cases

Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff in fast-paced settings
• Participate in trauma and transplant teams
• Contribute to high-volume surgical throughput (60-75 cases daily)
• Support hybrid procedures and emergent cases as needed
