Role Description

This is a contract based, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC. The Field Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field operations, ensuring project deadlines are met efficiently and safely while maintaining top-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating schedules, managing resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and interacting with stakeholders to address needs and project updates. The position requires hands-on problem-solving and leadership to align team performance with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team supervision skills
• Proficiency in project coordination, resource planning, and scheduling
• Experience in industrial trade services such as welding, pipefitting, electrical, or insulation
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety protocols, including working-at-heights and confined space safety standards
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and work collaboratively with engineers and technical teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g., IRATA, Red Seal) are a strong asset
• Previous experience in supervising industrial projects and maintaining compliance standards
