Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Manager at TownePlace Suites Tecumseh Windsor, located in Tecumseh, ON. The Front Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintain efficient office administration. Duties include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, training and supervising front office staff, and collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication abilities for engaging with guests and team members
• Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with hotel management systems – specifically Fosse
• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager in a Marriott hotel is an asset
• Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field is preferred
