Locations: Toronto, Canada- Hybrid

Duration: Long-term Contract

We are seeking two Business Operations Analysts / Coordinators to support high-impact initiatives across Ads/Martech and Search/Recommendations domains. This role blends operations, recruiting, stakeholder management, and financial oversight, requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Domain Focus Areas

• Ads / Martech: Marketing technology and advertising operations
• Search / Recs: Search systems, recommendation systems, or recruiting operations

Required Qualifications

• Experience in process/workflow development and management, preferably in recruiting or product development environments
• Strong experience creating content for technical or engineering teams (e.g., slides, reports, updates)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including leadership and finance
• Understanding of Ads, Marketing (Martech), and Data Science concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in HR operations
• Experience in project management or product management
• Exposure to Search, Data Science, Ads, or Marketing product development
• Experience managing organizational budgets
