The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
Carrying out diagnostics, fault finding, and repairs across all vehicle systems (engine, brakes, suspension, electrics, etc.)
Completing servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
Conducting vehicle health checks and identifying additional work
Road testing vehicles, including occasional customer demonstrations
Communicating directly with customers to explain work carried out
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Supporting your team to ensure smooth workshop operations
Taking part in ongoing training and development (CPD)
What We’re Looking For
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience
Previous main dealer experience preferred
EV/Hybrid experience desirable (training provided if needed)
MOT Tester qualification advantageous
Positive attitude with pride in your work
Strong team player with good communication skills
Full UK driving licence (max 6 points)
Own tools required

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
