We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Pudukkottai, India. This is a full-time position suitable for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience.
In this role, you will focus on sourcing and placing candidates on short-term project assignments while collaborating effectively with both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing: Identify potential candidates through various platforms such as job portals, social media, and referrals to build a strong talent pool.
2. Screening Resumes: Evaluate candidate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job specifications.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates while guiding them through the hiring process.
4. Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and maintain regular communication to discuss candidate updates and placements.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, interviews, and placements in the company
